PRICING

Transparent guidance first. A fixed price once we understand your project.

Every business has different rules, systems and goals, so no two projects cost exactly the same. The figures on this page are typical ranges from past work, shared to help you plan. Your actual price is set after we review your project, confirm feasibility and agree on the scope. From that point on, it is fixed.

HOW YOUR PRICE IS SET

We do not quote before we understand the work

Every project goes through three steps before you receive a price.

Review

We look at your current site, plugins and workflows, and listen to what you need WordPress to do.

Feasibility study

We check how your requirements fit with the plugins, platforms and services involved, and confirm the best way to build it.

Scope

We define the deliverables, the systems involved, and what will be working when we are done.

Then you get a fixed price.

Once the scope is agreed we send a written proposal with one fixed price for that scope. The price you approve is the price you pay. It only changes if you decide to change the scope, and we will always agree that with you in writing first.

    Monthly

Guide figures in USD, not quotes. Timelines are for typical scopes; larger projects get a dedicated schedule in the proposal. Urgent delivery depends on scope and team availability. Larger projects can be paid in milestones.

WHY YOUR PRICE MAY DIFFER FROM THE RANGE

Five factors make the biggest difference

  1. How many systems are involved.Connecting WordPress to one tool is simpler than coordinating a CRM, payment provider and support desk together.
  2. How specific your business rules are.Standard behaviour is quick to set up. Custom pricing logic, conditional workflows and edge cases take more engineering.
  3. What already exists.A clean starting point moves faster than a site that needs untangling first.
  4. How data needs to move.One-way transfers are lighter than two-way syncs that must handle conflicts, retries and failures.
  5. How soon you need it.Faster timelines mean reshuffling other work and focusing more of the team on your project.

This is exactly what the feasibility study and scope steps uncover, so your fixed price reflects your project, not an average.

SERVICE BY SERVICE

What moves the number in each kind of work

WordPress business setup

Cost depends on how many parts of your business the site needs to run: forms, store, bookings, CRM, support and payments. A focused launch sits near the starting point. A full operating system for sales, customers and support sits well above it.

Custom WordPress integrations

The main factors are the number of connected services, whether data flows one way or both ways, and how much mapping your data needs. Well-documented APIs are faster to work with than older or limited ones.

Fluent ecosystem implementation

Cost follows how many Fluent products are involved and how deeply they need to work together. Connecting forms to your CRM sits at the lower end. Linking purchases, support tickets and automations into one customer view sits higher.

Plugin extensions and addons

A single missing feature is a focused build. An addon with its own settings, data storage and admin screens is a larger one. Compatibility with other plugins and future updates is always part of the work.

E-Commerce Customization

One checkout or pricing rule is a targeted change in WooCommerce, FluentCart or SureCart. Custom pricing models, subscription logic and store-wide workflows need more design and testing, especially where orders connect to outside systems.

WordPress data migration services

Pricing depends on the volume of records, the number of data types involved (customers, orders, subscriptions, tickets), and how closely the old and new platforms match. Active subscriptions and payment tokens need the most care.

Custom plugin development

When no existing plugin fits your process, we design and build one around it. Pricing reflects the number of features, user roles, data structures and connected systems the plugin needs to handle.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about the number

Yes. The first call costs nothing and carries no obligation. We use it to understand your setup and what you need WordPress to do, and to tell you honestly whether custom work is the right answer at all.

No. They are typical ranges to help you plan. Your fixed price is set once we have completed the review, feasibility study and scope steps for your project.

Not for the agreed scope. The price only changes if you choose to add or change something, and we will agree that with you in writing before any work continues.

Two projects with the same name can differ a lot in effort. Fixed packages either overcharge simple projects or underprice complex ones. Setting the price after scoping is fairer for both sides.

No. You get a fixed scope with a fixed price agreed before anything is built. If the scope changes, we re-quote rather than let an hourly meter run.

In practice, yes. Work under a few hundred dollars usually costs more to scope than to do, and we will point you at a plugin or a snippet instead.

Hosting, licences and third-party fees are yours. Ongoing care is available but never bundled in by default.

Yes, if the schedule allows. Moving to a faster option adjusts the price for the remaining work, and we will confirm the new timeline in writing before continuing.

It depends on scope and our current schedule. Smaller projects can usually be delivered within the week. For migrations, full business systems and custom plugins we will tell you honestly during the consultation whether a one-week delivery is realistic.

Yes. Larger projects are split into milestones, so payments follow visible progress.

Yes. Much of our work extends or fixes setups that are already running.

Let’s scope your project

Tell us what you need WordPress to do and when you need it. We will review your setup, confirm what is possible, define the scope and send you a fixed-price proposal with no obligation.
