If it is a build, you get fixed scope, price and timeline before anything starts. If it is a plugin setting you already own, you get that answer instead.

Four things that make the first reply useful
You do not need a specification. You need to tell us enough that we can be specific back.
- The workflow in plain words: what happens now, and what should happen instead.
- The plugins and platforms involved, with versions if you know them.
- Where it breaks, and what that costs you when it does.
- Any deadline that is real, and roughly what the budget looks like.
If you already have a quote from someone else, send that too. Reviewing a proposal is a short engagement of its own, and we will tell you plainly whether the approach and the number hold up.
